06 Professional Hosts
Professionals who host events through Learn Live Local ("Hosts") agree to additional terms set forth in their hosting agreement with us. As an event attendee, you acknowledge that:
- Hosts are independent professionals and not employees, agents, or representatives of Learn Live Local.
- Learn Live Local does not control the content of presentations given at events and is not responsible for statements made by Hosts.
- Learn Live Local makes reasonable efforts to vet Hosts, but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information presented at events.
- Any follow-up relationship between you and a Host is solely between you and that Host and is not governed by these Terms.
07 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site or Services to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, spam, or chain letters.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
